A CV builder with no asterisk

A résumé builder that is actually free.

No sign-up. No email to verify. No 7-day trial. No bullshit. You fill in a form, you download a PDF, you leave. Revolutionary, we know.

Build my CV0 personal details required to start.

The stuff that usually happens

Things this site will never ask you to do

  • Create an account
  • Confirm your email address
  • Start a “free” trial
  • Enter a credit card, just in case
  • Choose a plan that fits you
  • Talk to our sales team
  • Upgrade to remove a watermark
  • Wait for a download link in your inbox

Instead, you just… make the CV.

The entire process

How it actually works

01 — FILL IT IN

Type into the boxes

Your details go in the form on the left and show up on the right instantly. No loading spinner. No AI inventing a career for you — that part’s still your job.

02 — MAKE IT YOURS

Click until it looks right

Three templates, your accent color, a handful of font pairings. Click, it changes. That is the whole customization model. No “premium themes.”

03 — EXPORT

One button, real PDF

Hit Export, pick “Save as PDF.” You get crisp, selectable, vector text on a clean A4 page — not a screenshot of text pretending to be a document.

We value your privacy™

Your data’s big journey: keyboard → screen.

That’s the whole trip. Everything lives in your browser’s local storage, on your own machine. There’s no server to send it to, because we didn’t build one. We genuinely cannot see your CV. We’re not being noble about it — we’re being lazy, and you happen to benefit.

There’s no cookie banner either. We don’t have cookies. We have a static page and good intentions.

“Saving,” explained

Saving here is refreshingly stupid

No account means no cloud to save to. So “Save” just hands you a small .json file containing your entire CV. Keep it wherever you keep files. Coming back later — on any device, any browser? Drag that file back in and you’re exactly where you left off.

// your-name-cv.json — this is your whole CV
{
  "data": { "personal": { "fullName": "You, probably" } },
  "settings": { "templateId": "onyx", "accentColor": "#e0392b" }
}

// it’s yours. email it to yourself, drop it on a USB stick, frame it. we don’t care — we never see it.

Anticipated suspicion

The “okay, what’s the catch” section

Is it actually free?Yes. There is no paid tier. There is no tier.
Like… free free?Free free. The word “free” is doing exactly what you think it’s doing.
So what’s the catch?You have to type your own CV. That’s the catch. That’s it.
Where do I sign up?You don’t. Close that mental tab.
Can I give you money?There’s no mechanism to. Go buy yourself a coffee instead.
Do you store my CV somewhere?We can’t. It never leaves your browser.

That’s the whole pitch

Okay. Go make the thing.
